2026 WIVR Research Grant Program
Dear Colleagues,
WIVR is pleased to invite research proposals for the 2026 WIVR Research Grant Program, which provides up to $30,000 in start up funding to support pilot studies by new VA investigators.
This program is intended to help investigators generate preliminary data for future external funding and encourages innovative projects that improve Veterans’ health and well being.
Key Dates & Details
- Proposal deadline: May 30, 2026 (by midnight)
- Award amount: Up to $30,000
- Project period: 1 year
- Eligibility: New VA investigators (see attached guidelines)
A Pre Eligibility Determination Form is recommended to confirm eligibility but is not required for proposal submission. Complete proposals should be submitted as one PDF via email to grants@wivr.org.
