Executive Director

Stacey Haggin serves as the Executive Director of WIVR and brings a strong foundation in leadership and strategic growth to her role.

She joined WIVR as Chief Financial Officer in 2015 and transitioned to Executive Director five years ago. Since then, she has focused on expanding WIVR’s research program and fostering a culture of service, collaboration, and professional development among the team. Under her leadership, WIVR remains committed to serving Veterans and supporting cutting-edge research that delivers innovative medical treatments and access to world-class care.
